Who We Are

Harvest Leadership Alliance (formerly HarvestNet Ministries) is a relational network of church and marketplace leaders partnering to see Kingdom transformation across Northeast Ohio.

Since 1988 we’ve helped pastors, business leaders, and community influencers build genuine relationships that lead to unified impact. 

At our core, we exist to see the Body of Christ mobilized as a unified citywide Church—functioning in alignment, obedience, and synergy with God’s purposes for our region.

Our Story

The story of Harvest Leadership Alliance began long before its name.

In January 1998, six pastors gathered in prayer—asking God how the Church in Northeast Ohio could more effectively serve Him together. That prayer meeting birthed HarvestNet Ministries, which emerged from nearly a decade of interdenominational prayer gatherings through the Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA).

Those early leaders saw God’s power to transform cities through unity and obedience. Over the next two decades, relationships deepened, and ministry networks formed around prayer, generosity, and shared vision.

In 2025, HarvestNet Ministries became Harvest Leadership Alliance (HLA), marking a fresh chapter of mission and identity for the next generation of Kingdom collaboration. Today, HLA serves as part of the connective tissue of the citywide Church—bringing together pastors, marketplace leaders, and ministries to function in alignment and synergy under Christ’s leadership.
