Who We Are
Harvest Leadership Alliance (formerly HarvestNet Ministries) is a relational network of church and marketplace leaders partnering to see Kingdom transformation across Northeast Ohio.
Since 1988 we’ve helped pastors, business leaders, and community influencers build genuine relationships that lead to unified impact. Our mission is to create opportunities for connections and relationships to be built across the citywide Church while equipping and resourcing those relationships for greater Kingdom effectiveness.
At our core, we exist to see the Body of Christ mobilized as a unified citywide Church—functioning in alignment, obedience, and synergy with God’s purposes for our region.

Our Story
The story of Harvest Leadership Alliance began long before its name.
In January 1998, six pastors gathered in prayer—asking God how the Church in Northeast Ohio could more effectively serve Him together. That prayer meeting birthed HarvestNet Ministries, which emerged from nearly a decade of interdenominational prayer gatherings through the Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA).
Those early leaders saw God’s power to transform cities through unity and obedience. Over the next two decades, relationships deepened, and ministry networks formed around prayer, generosity, and shared vision.
In 2025, HarvestNet Ministries became Harvest Leadership Alliance, marking a fresh chapter of mission and identity for the next generation of Kingdom collaboration. Today, HLA serves as part of the connective tissue of the citywide Church—bringing together pastors, marketplace leaders, and ministries to function in alignment and synergy under Christ’s leadership.
Our Core Values
The spiritual DNA of Harvest Leadership Alliance is expressed through seven core values that shape our culture and relationships:
- Oneness in Christ – Rooted in Jesus’ prayer for unity (John 17), we believe that unified leadership testifies to the reality of God’s love and power.
- Collaboration – We value synergy, win-win outcomes, creativity, and spiritual entrepreneurship. Some things can only be done together.
- A Culture of Honor – We seek to prefer and honor one another, releasing God’s grace through humility and mutual respect.
- Embracing Normative Kingdom Life & Leadership – We pursue a biblical culture that is Word-based, justice-focused, Spirit-empowered, and open to the supernatural.
- The “Cap C” Regional Church and the “Little c” Congregations – We honor both the corporate Body of Christ and the unique expressions of local congregations.
- P.A.S.T.E. Leadership – We equip Prophets, Apostles, Shepherds, Teachers, and Evangelists to lead in both church and marketplace spheres.
- Redefining Ministry Success Metrics – We measure success by obedience and transformation rather than worldly recognition or numbers.
